Gorgeous Giggling Girls | Alexandria, VA Child and Family Photographer

The beautiful blond 'B' girls are BY FAR the giggliest and goofiest kids that I have the pleasure of working with. Every year, they remind me that if you allow kids to be their true silly selves, then the love and laughter will naturally come pouring out. My camera practically exploded while capturing their energy and pure joy.

As always with this family, I had a hard time choosing favorites to share for a sneak peak, as the girls are so ridiculously photogenic. But here are a few early favorites:

Catching Up With The 'S' Kids Down By The Canal | Washington, D.C. Family Photographer

I recently caught up with the 'S' family, whom I hadn't seen in a couple years. We spent a lovely morning together down by the Georgetown Canal. And what a wonderfully fun area to explore, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of M Street. So much to experience - bridges, stone walls, wooden staircases and fences, and canal locks. Lots of fun, lots of smiles.

Sisterly Love | Northern VA Child and Family Photographer

My fall season would not be complete without a session with the 'K' girls - an annual tradition of running around pretty gardens in fancy dresses. Them, not me, of course!

The two girls are so different in personality. One is very willing to strike a pose for my camera. The other would prefer to run away or just not look up at me. But oh how they love each other! Whether they are hugging, tackling, or making funny faces at each other, the sisterly love fills the air and makes everyone laugh and smile!

Frolicking in the Fall with the 'F' Family | Washington, D.C. Family Photographer

I appreciate every opportunity I get to spend time with the fabulous 'F' family. Their two ballerina girls, with their adorable curls and big smiles, are so fun to play with. I've loved watching them grow and mature over time - so much happens during the early years!

We frolicked in gardens, 'balance beam' walked on top of pretty stone walls, knocked on interesting wooden doors, and explored secret passageways and stone stairwells. Never a still moment with these two cuties!

Thanks again to the 'F' family for a wonderful time together, as always!
